CONSTRUCTION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

This is the White Card induction course for the construction industry. You need a White Card in most states before you being allowed to work on any construction site.

This qualification provides a pathway to most of the main building trades. The skills achieved will assist in successfully undertaking a Certificate III in Construction, or will facilitate entry into an Australian Apprenticeship.

Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses. The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory. 

Note: Builder licensing varies across States and Territories, and additional requirements to attainment of this qualification may be required.

Job titles may include Builder or Construction Manager.

The TAA04 Training and Assessment Training Package covers a wide range of vocational education and training (VET) professionals, not just workplace trainers and assessors. It includes competencies for workplace or RTO- based assessors, teachers/trainers, educationalists, support personnel and middle level technical managers

The course length may be reduced for blended delivery (online course and then an intensive face-to-face workshop).

This course is designed for learners with little or no formal education. Students learn very basic English skills, starting with the alphabet.

One important outcome is that students who complete the course will be prepared and eligible for the Certificate I in ESL (Access). Another outcome will be that they will have the basic English survival skills required for daily living in an English-speaking country.

This course is ideal for the person who wishes to teach ESL to either adults or children. 

It goes into more detail with regard to methodology and practical aspects of TESOL in comparison to the Certificate III.
